Much of what seems so real in this physical dimension is not the entire Truth of who we are and/or what we can do. Over the last decade, I have allowed myself to both explore and expand beyond the physical, mental and emotional boundaries I thought were rigidly in place in this "reality". What I found was an aspect of Self that I had forgotten was there. I offer these wonderings and wanderings as an invitation to see beyond "what meets the eye", MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) and "why can't I?" in your life!
When I did this, incredible things started happening.
I believe it was at the point when I stopped looking outside mySelf and focused on going within that I found my greatest gifts and my connectedness to Divine consciousness and expansiveness. This connection has allowed me to change not only myself, but also others who are led to partner with me in their journey to wellness and joy.
So, while I do believe that courses, books, youtube channels, etc. are invaluable for guiding us along our path, at some point we need to rely on self. Ultimately, we need to connect to the knowing that each of us knows what's best for us.
Beyond the obsolete programming, self-limiting beLIEfs, and self sabotage lies a light, a soul essence, a radiance that only you can share here! It is your gift to the rest of us. As you live shrouded from that radiance you feel pain and our world doesn't experience YOU.
Good news is we have the ability to change our lives and our experiences ... past, present and future. The more we connect with our authentic selves and realize our connection to Knowing, the happier and potentially healthier we become.
A huge challenge for many, though, is staying in the present moment and not feeling that our life will begin at some future point when we have attained a certain milestone. That is cultural programming. Start allowing yourself to imagine (intention combined with visualization) that you are more than you have been led to beLIEve!
There is so much that we have been taught by our parents, schools, governments, etc. which actually has led us to live a smaller and smaller version of ourselves. Much more information is found, not only at our fingertips but also within our fingertips ... soul memories in each and every cell of our BEing.
Begin to let go of what you have to DO to be worthy, enough, special. The first step to connecting within is realizing that some of what you have learned is actually separating you from your expansiveness to Know.
You we born ready to radiate a unique aspect/vibration of Love, Light, Wisdom. Your greatness is already within. It is your birthright! Ultimately, all you have to do is BE. Breathe into the wonder and power of that ... ahhhhh!
